We want you to love your jewelry item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it in its original packaging and in an unworn, new condition.
Please notify us by phone or email before the return. The customer is responsible for pre-paid and insured shipping. Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn. While our policies are firm, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience is positive.
